Rotary Hearth Forging Furnaces
Forging is a process that involves the shaping of metals using localised compressive forces. This furnace is used for forging applications with a rotary hearth, combining the advantages of rotaries, reverbs and dry-hearth furnace into a single unit. It has low energy consumption and high thermal yields, with a similar concept to a continuous furnace. Materials are conveyed directly on the furnace hearth that will consist of an external driven turntable located inside the furnace heating chamber.
