Burn Off Furnaces
There are a wide range of burn-off furnaces available that can be used in a wide range of applications. These are effective furnaces to remove cured polymeric coatings and paints as well as varnished and decorative coatings from metallic parts. It is often used for cleaning of paint hangers/jigs and plastic tooling, amongst a range of other applications. The design will be dependent on the components of the polymer being removed. The heating duration and temperature will be altered to suit the pyrolysis process and dependent on coating conditions.
